Monthly Photo Contest Rules and Requirements

This contest is for registered users of frontosa.com only. If you are not registered and wish to participate in this competition you must complete the registration process.

Each contest theme will be posted the 1st of each month along with the winner from the previous month. Photos need to be submitted in .jpg format no later than the 15th of each month to contest@frontosa.com All other formats will be disqualified. You may only submit one Photo per contest. frontosa.com reserves the right to edit or alter any submission.

Information You MUST include with your photo to be included in the contest.

• Full Name(First and Last)
• User Name(Registered Login ID)
• Title of Image
• Variant(ex. Moba, Mpimbwe ect.)

Voting polls will be open from the 18th of each month and continue till the end of the month. Any photo received after the 15th will be pushed to the following month.


Only ONE winner will be selected each month. Winning image will be watermarked with your name and displayed on the front page for one month following each contest. Each winner will also be added to the Hall of Fame photo gallery and receive a Certificate of Award in the mail from frontosa.com. By accepting these rules and submitting an image to frontosa.com you are providing frontosa.com unlimited permission to use your submission as advertisement or promotional media.

The voting poll is anonymous, images must also be anonymous. Images must be clean and free of any text or advertisements. Images with advertisements or watermarks will be disqualified.

Winning images may not be submitted again in future contests, Only one certificate per picture.
Image must be your own, you may not submit images that do not belong to you. If it is determined that an image submitted does not belong to you, all information of the poster will be provided to the person/company claiming infringement and the image will be deleted. Each member is eligible to win once each year. The calender year begins in December and ends with the last contest in November.

Frontosa.com free public domain forum which holds no liability and cannot be held over or fined for user posted images.

EDIT: Removed Size Requirement. Send Large Pictures and if you can set your camera to a higher resolution between 240-300 dpi that would be great.

Regarding Photo submissions that do not win the monthly photo contest award.

If your photo does not win this month, whats to say it wont win next month? During the course of our photo contest I have had the pleasure of viewing some FANTASTIC pictures that were not chosen as winner. Some of these pictures could easily win a contest, if you dont re-submit them you will never know.

Users can only win once a year so the opportunity for your photo to be chosen is still there in a following month.

I have noticed duplicate IP address's in the voting polls regarding previous months. I must ask that only ONE vote is submitted per computer, regardless if there are 2 people using the computer.

I understand there may be 2 or 3 people(Usernames) that are using the same computer at the same address. but I must let you know that only ONE vote should show per IP Address.
