I have F1 fry available from three different wild caught males (and three different females). I have the ability to mix bloodlines of high quality Zaire blue gibberosa.

For example, I could ship a group of 12 fry (4 from Nyatzi, 4 from Tau, and 4 from Ntate). Those are my wild males for anyone who may not be familiar with those names.

My wild groups are: Cyphotilapia gibberosa (Mikula). I know we all have our favorite Zaire collection points; however, I thought the ability to provide genetically diverse fry groups (i.e. mixed Zaire Blue Mikula bloodlines) might be enticing to somebody considering a CP other than Zaire Blue Mikula.

I do ship and I have enjoyed an excellent reputation on many forums including this one. If you have any questions, please do not reply to this thread; rather, send me a private message or an email to: and put "Zaire Blue Fry" in the subject line of the email message. Thank you!

I'll make a fancier add with pictures later - this is just an FYI.

UPDATE: 9/6/15....

Hey guys, I'm getting request for photos so I'll add a few to this thread. Since I have very recent pics from Nyatzi's group, I'll add those now and I'll try to get some updated images of Tau's tank later.

Here's some of those images of Group in Nyatzi from the recent series....

These are Nyatzi (the pride and joy of my fish room):

BTW: Nyatzi took some fin damage a few years ago from an Alpha-Beta battle with Tau when he was in the 240. His dorsal trailer was bit off ( ) and one of his pectoral side fins took a pretty good chomping too. These battle wounds have not grown back "perfect" so, don't hold that against him, it's Tau's fault

I'll add some pics of the females later.

UPDATE: 9/7/15....

For now, a couple pics of the females in the 125-gallon tank (Nyatzi's bloodline). This female is named "Lil Blue" and she is the mother of the current batch of fry from Nyatzi.

Here are their fry. They have since been moved to their own 10-gallon nursery tank. I'll try to get some updated pics of them too.

UPDATE: 9/13/15....

Nyatzi's contribution to my GDF "Genetically Diverse Fry" offering are doing very well in their new 10-gallon home. I took this pic last night.

I will try to update fry pics from my other wild caught (Zaire Blue Mikula) males soon. Tau has F1 fry in the 40-gallon nursery tank from three different wild females and Ntate has F1 fry in the 20-gallon nursery tank. So, with Nyatzi's F1 fry in the 10-gallon tank, this is what is meant by Genetically Diverse Fry. I can combine fry from these three males to deliver truly mixed bloodlines: different wild fathers and different wild mothers.

Of course, live arrival is guaranteed. I have been shipping frontosa fry for approximately 10 years.

Any questions, please shoot me a Private Message or send me an email to and put "Mikula Fry" in the subject line. Thank you! Russ
