They are all on the banned list, and from the same region that is in danger of being lost to a dam.

Has anyone ever heard of Ancistrus tenomichi pleco's and are the L144 pleco's albino bristlenose pleco's or are they something else.

Thanks
Joe

L144 are bristlenose.
Now that does not mean they are the common bushynose that most know.
bushynose are Ancistrus plecos.
It is one of the largest pleco's genus, there are many ancistrus bushynose that people never see.

the L144 is just one of many kinds.
they are not albinos, just leucistic with normal eyes.
they are supposed to come from a cave.
they are very sought after, so get them if you find a good price on them.

the regular albino bushynose that you find, long and short fin are a hybrid of who knows how many species.

I bought a breeding pair of Long Fin Albino Bristlenose and he gave me 6 L144 with blue eyes for free. I see Zebra pleco's all over for sale, what do you look for in coloration with them. Thanks for the info guys.

Thanks
Joe
