It has taken a while, but I am finally happy with my lay out. A group of the plecos will be removed when I set up my American tank later this year and once I have removed another male or two Fronts I will be getting another group to grow out to bring in a few more females. Looking at getting another 4 Black Calvus and 4 Gold head comps. (@ $99 per fish its a long process) If I can find a group of red fins I will add them as well.

I have got a 2 pairs of Leleupi and Juli's in there, so that makes me happy as well

Very cool tank - I enjoyed watching the videos. I especially liked the first video that was darker and had much more shadows. I am just a student of light and enjoy when someone takes a risk to shoot in low light conditions.

You tank must be very fun to look at and watch. There is a lot going on :)

Nice job!

Russ

Thanks for your kind words guys, it means a lot coming from Front nuts!

The first video was taken the way I normally keep the tank, the second was with the second set of lights on. I much prefer the dim lighting, I have found the plecos and Fronts are more active in the dimmer light over the brighter setting.

I spend much more time watching the tank over watching tele, unless ofcourse cricket or rugby league is on.
